Sustainably sourced fish

Fished sustainably from North Atlantic Ocean and frozen within 2 hours of being caught to provide high quality, fresh fish.

The perfect marriage

Fish from the sea, potatoes from the land. Our chips are cooked twice in a healthy low fat sunflower oil to get a soft and fluffy inside whilst having a crispy outside.
